Step 1 – Consultation & Reservation We discuss your ideas, wishes, and budget, after which I provide a tailored offer. To secure your wedding date in my calendar immediately, you can lock it in with a binding reservation fee.

Step 2 – Final Contract Once all details and requirements for your celebration are finalised, we sign the definitive contract to ensure everything is set for your big day.

Step 3 – Custom Template Design Before the event, we design the framework for your illustrations. I will share a selection of elegant examples, and together we will create a personalised template featuring your names, wedding date, or custom design elements that beautifully tie all portraits together.

Step 4 – The Wedding Day I arrive with all materials and set up an elegant illustration table. Guests stop by for a quick photo, which serves as my drawing reference so no one has to wait in line. They can watch the art come to life or return to the party.
I capture each guest in their outfit and mood, illustrating up to twelve people per hour. The workspace becomes a charming focal point for conversations and curiosity. Each artwork is carefully packaged as a high-quality keepsake.

Step 5 – Studio Completion (Optional) If time runs short or the guest list is large, remaining portraits can be completed in my studio after the wedding using the reference photos. These will be safely shipped to you later, ensuring everyone is included.

What if not all guests can be illustrated during the booked time? As an additional service, I offer to complete any remaining portraits in my studio after the event and deliver them by post. Guests can have their photo taken on site, or you can provide reference photos later. This ensures that no one is left out.

Is there a limit to the number of guests you can draw? There is no upper limit to the number of guests, as any portraits we do not finish on site can easily be completed in my studio afterwards. Do you require accommodation for events further away? Yes, for events that are further away or end late in the evening, an overnight stay is highly recommended. It allows me to stay and draw much longer (sometimes until 00:30) and gives me crucial buffer time to finish and document the drawings in my room overnight. Can you be booked for events abroad? Yes, I am available for international bookings. Travel and accommodation costs will need to be covered by the organiser.

What needs to be provided at the event venue? I only require a power outlet and a table. How the table is styled and where it is placed is entirely up to you or your event planner, allowing it to blend seamlessly into your venue's aesthetic.

Is there a minimum booking time? Yes, the basic package includes two hours of live illustration to ensure the preparation and setup time remain efficient.

Can we personalise the paper template? Absolutely. Every booking includes a custom-designed framework. I will design a template together featuring your names, wedding date, or custom branding elements to ensure all illustrations reflect the exact style of your event.

How far in advance should I book? To secure your preferred date, I recommend reaching out as early as possible. Popular weekend dates during the wedding season often book out a year or more in advance.
